ME360'S PROCESS
Each engagement starts with our four-step process.
STEP 1: Get Acquainted (1 Hour)
We meet to begin discussing your organizational challenges (or pain points) and ME360’s capabilities.
STEP 2: ME360 Profile Questionnaire (30 Minutes)
You provide information about your current mission, strategy, organizational culture, and leadership structure.
STEP 3: Discovery (1-2 Hours)
Using information from Steps 1 and 2, the Discovery meeting allows us to dig deeper and understand more fully your organizational challenges.
STEP 4: Client Engagement (Varies)
You decide which level of engagement is desired.
